Our classes are open to any person aged 16 and over, unless otherwise indicated.
CANCELLATION OF COURSES
A seminar course will be cancelled if there are insufficient enrolments. In the event of cancellation all monies will be fully refunded. We will attempt to contact you by phone regarding the cancellation at least 24 hours before the class is due to start.
PROCESSING FEE FOR DECLINED CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Credit card numbers and expiry dates can change over time so please ensure that we are kept notified of those changes so that we can process your enrolment and monthly fee with the minimum of fuss.
When your credit card details are not correct, we have to chase up payment and this costs us money and time to do so. As a result, we have no option but to charge a $20 processing fee for each credit card transaction that is declined. We would really prefer not to have to do this as no-one wants to incur extra fees and we certainly don't want to charge them, but the problem is growing and we are spending more and more time every day chasing payments up.
PLEASE let us know if a credit card number or expiry date changes so that we don't have to chase you up for it and subsequently, charge you for it.
WITHDRAWING YOUR BOOKING
A notice of your intention to withdraw from the seminar course must be received in writing at least 7 working days before the commencement of the class. A booking fee of 25% or $25 (whichever is less) will be deducted from your refund.
INJURIES
The Australian School of Copywriting, its management and employees are not responsible for any personal injury or accident arising from participation in any short course. Each participant shall accept that when participating in a course, they do so on the voluntary assumption of risk on their own behalf.
CHOOSE YOUR COURSE CAREFULLY
If you enrol in the Copywriting: Writing for Profit Home Study course and decide at a later date that you would like to attend the Seminar course instead, you will be charged a $175 Switching Fee. If you have already redeemed any of your Coaching Calls prior to the Seminar course start date, you will not be eligible to switch at all.
